Smoke is led by the dynamic duo of Dave and Paul, who pride themselves in producing high quality BBQ and craft cocktails.
Dave, Smoke’s General Manager, takes care of the restaurant and bar. His team of bartenders creates some of the most delicious handcrafted cocktails. The bar team sources the highest quality spirits and liquors to make some of Edmontons finest cocktails, and even creates their own simple syrups for a truly authentic experience. Smoke’s cocktail menu includes classics like Old Fashioneds and whiskey sours, as well as house originals like the Rosemary Peppercorn Bramble and the Southern Peach Iced Tea. No less important than the delicious drink offerings, Smoke’s bartenders and servers are welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to help.
In the back of the house, Head Chef Paul leads a team of creative chefs who are eager to present you with the best BBQ in YEG. Chef Paul is a true BBQ master who has honed his craft for over a decade serving up smoked meats at Ribfest events across Canada. Smoke’s menu picks up where Rub’d BBQ Smokehouse – a COVID-era take-out only joint – left off. The menu boasts fall-off-the-bone ribs, juicy pulled pork, smoked chicken wings, and brisket, to name a few. The true craftsmanship and flare comes through in all of the products Smoke serves and everything on the menu is hand crafted in-house.
